Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited.
Payments are securely processed through approved third-party vendors (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or PayPal). PathLander does not collect or store your payment details.
4. No Employment Guarantee
PathLander provides guidance and tools to support your career journey but does not act as an employment agency or guarantee job placement. All hiring decisions remain at the discretion of the employers to whom you apply.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during coaching or job support.

Actively participate in sessions and complete agreed-upon tasks.

Respect confidentiality and intellectual property agreements.
Failure to engage or provide accurate information may affect service outcomes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PathLander website — including text, logos, graphics, videos, and downloadable materials — is the exclusive property of PathLander and protected under U.S. and Texas copyright laws.
You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution is prohibited without written consent.
7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and other applicable privacy regulations.
